Refunds & Returns Policy

All ElogeLux products are made to order and produced on demand.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Notice)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

As all ElogeLux items are produced on demand, returns or exchanges are not accepted for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Customs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
